Guillaume Lavictoire Named President Elect and International Voting Director for Chapter 29 of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA)
At the Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2021, Guillaume Lavictoire was named President Elect and International Voting Director for Chapter 29 of the IRWA for the 2021/2022 year.
The IRWA is an international professional organization dedicated to the advancement of right-of-way and land acquisition work. The foundation of the association is to provide continuing educational programs which are designed to ensure right of way professionals maintain the highest standards of competency.
