Aadil acts for expropriating authorities and for expropriated landowners across Ontario.
After obtaining his J.D. from Windsor Law, Aadil articled and then worked with the City of Windsor. Aadil then went on to work in the federal government as an advisor on housing before joining the firm.
During his legal studies, Aadil was a recipient of the Social Justice Fellowship, through which he worked at the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka and the Right to Information Commission of Sri Lanka. While at Windsor Law, Aadil was also awarded the Max N. Mousseau Q.C. Memorial Award in Municipal Law and the Dorothy Waddicor Memorial Scholarship in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Aadil is a member of the Ontario Expropriation Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the International Right of Way Association, and the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association. In his free time, Aadil co-founded Green Unmah, a national organization working to create an environmental movement within the Canadian-Muslim community. He also enjoys travelling, playing soccer and is an avid Liverpool FC and Raptors fan.
