Guillaume Lavictoire to be speaker at IRWA Holiday Luncheon
Guillaume Lavictoire will be speaking at the IRWA Holiday Luncheon on December 5. His presentation, ‘Catching Up: Expropriation to Correct Existing Situations’ will explore issues related to property that is needed to accommodate ‘trespassing’ infrastructure that has already been constructed.
