Guillaume Lavictoire to instruct International Right of Way Association course 800C: Principles of Real Estate Law
On October 23rd and 24th , Guillaume Lavictoire will instruct this two-day course which focuses on familiarizing right of way agents / IRWA members in the following areas: contract law and real estate contracts, tort law and torts relating to real estate, expropriation law, land use controls, and laws applicable to condominiums.
