Sunny practices expropriation law for both public expropriating authorities and landowners.
Upon receiving his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, Sunny went on to work for the federal government as a legal researcher & policy analyst. From there, he articled and returned as an associate at a premier litigation boutique. A majority of his litigation experience is in the areas of construction and real estate.
While at Osgoode, Sunny was actively involved in several organizations and events. Notably, Sunny was the President of the South Asian Law Students Association (Internal) and is a contributing member of the South Asian Bar Association. Sunny has competed in several moots and continues to volunteer as a judge at mooting competitions.
Prior to law school, Sunny received his B.A. (Honours) from the University of Guelph where he studied Criminal Justice & Public Policy.
