An associate of the firm, Francisco practices expropriation law for both landowners and expropriating public authorities.
Before joining the firm, Francisco completed his articles in a leading national business law firm in Toronto, where he gained exposure to various litigation, corporate and regulatory practices for small and large businesses.
Francisco obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he received a Bereskin & Parr LLP Prize in Intellectual Property. During his school years, he represented individuals in social benefits and criminal matters through Downtown Legal Clinic and Pro Bono Ontario.
In addition, Francisco served as an executive with the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association Student Society on behalf of Ontario law students, and completed summer internships at leading international law firms in Seoul, South Korea. Prior to law school, Francisco received a B.A. (Honours) in Philosophy from the University of Toronto.
Francisco is fully bilingual in both English and Korean.
