Matthew Owen-King to present at OAMREA Annual Conference
Matthew Owen-King will be presenting at the Ontario Association of Municipal Real Estate Administrators at the Annual Conference on Friday, September 16. Matt will lead an informative and interactive seminar focused upon the aspects of expropriation law and processes that most impact municipal real property acquisition programs. The operation of the Expropriations Act will be examined and consideration will be given to prospective legislative amendments that may improve the implementation of expropriation by municipalities in Ontario.
